Allison Crutchfield: “Dean’s Room”

After self-releasing the “Lean Into It” EP (2014), Allison Crutchfield has announced her debut solo album “Tourist in This Town” due out January 27. As an appetizer Allison Crutchfield shared the music video for “Dean’s Room” the leading single taken from the upcoming album.

The video for “Dean’s Room” is of a singular minimalistic beauty with a filmic language that appropriately fits with the song theme that musically blends The Strokes, Rilo Kiley, The Breeders and some of The Rentals feel. Good aesthetic choice marking a highly welcomed comeback from Allison Crutchfield with the superb helping hand from Philly producer Jeff Zeigler.
