Lights That Change: Byzantium [Album Teaser - PROMO]

“The new Lights That Change album is a real game changer, they have upped their anti and written some fantastic songs.” Al Boyd (Wrong Way Records)

“An album of haunting dreamscapes with socio political messages underpinned by Cocteau Twins influences.” Louise Trehy (Strata Florida, Swallow)

Some have said they are Dreampop/Shoegaze; others have said Gothic, but Soundscape or ‘The Horizon’s Veil’ may better describe them.

Lights That Change are a band/project hailing from North Wales with Marc Joy (Guitars and drum programing), Mandy Clare (Vocals and Guitar) and John Bryan (Bass).

Lights That Change first long player ‘Byzantium’ will be released 16th September, and will include guest vocals from Rebecca Palin (Golden Fable) and drum programming from Mal Holmes (Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark).

This album is full to the brim with blood, sweat and tears and intertwined with the intricacies of the history of the known world.
